Tom limits his work to a small number of jobs at a time so he can be on site every day. Staying close to home is part of that, since a short drive means quick responses, easy site visits, and no wasted days on the road. It also means Tom knows the housing stock, the permit offices and the local suppliers.
Shore Housing in Our Remodeling Service Area
Every town is different, so no two houses get the same plan. Ocean City and the barrier-island towns have older beach cottages, duplexes, elevated rebuilds and condos, while mainland towns tend to have more year-round homes. In addition, mainland towns like Linwood, Northfield, Somers Point and Egg Harbor Township have year-round ranches, splits and colonials. Do you take jobs farther than 20 minutes away?
Our focus is Ocean City and the towns within about 20 minutes of our base, but we also take a few popular shore towns beyond that. We also serve Egg Harbor Township, Sea Isle City, Avalon and Stone Harbor, which are a little farther. If you are outside these towns, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can take the project.
Do you handle permits in each town?
Yes. In addition, each town has its own Construction Code Office, and we prepare and submit the applications and schedule the inspections for jobs that need permits.
